Which portals does Ozer publish to?
Rightmove Commercial, EACH, and your own website through Property Hive. Portals are included from the first fee-earner.
Can we move over from Kato or another CRM?
Tell us which system you use when you join the list. We confirm what we can bring across before you start.
How does requirement matching work?
Each requirement is scored against stock by size, location, tenure and sector. Fits land on the interest schedule.
What does the AI actually do?
It drafts particulars, briefs and a first outreach email. Nothing is published or sent until you approve it.
How does pricing work?
£89 for the first fee-earner, £55 for seats 2–7, and £39 from seat 8. Admin and finance seats are free once you have two fee-earners.
Who owns our data, and where is it stored?
Your agency owns the listings and requirements. A DPA is ready. We will confirm the storage region before you go live.
What happens when I join the waiting list?
